On 30th April, the school will be assessed for the ‘Healthy School’s National Quality Award’ which is awarded to schools that have achieved the highest standards in all seven Healthy Schools aspects of health and well-being.
To achieve this award, the school will have to prove its commitment to the following areas:
- emotional health and wellbeing
- substance misuse education
- food and fitness
- Sex and Relationships Education
The award, which takes a total of nine years to achieve, will be a fantastic achievement for the school.
